All of our clubs are either 1 hour or 1.5 hours long
Wednesdays at 3:30pm
Does your student love playing a variety of games from video games like Mario Kart and Pokémon Go to board games like Risk and Chess? In our Game Club, students will get to play various games while also learning about the art and design behind these games. Students will also discover the purpose of games and how they are designed to bring communities together, enhance storytelling, and develop critical thinking skills. We desire for students to think deeply about the games they interact with and how they can use them to better understand the world around them. No prior video game or board game experience is needed.
Dungeons & Dragons Club
Thursdays at 5:00pm
Does your student love Dungeons & Dragons or has ever wanted to play it in a fun group? Does your student enjoy creating their own stories, characters, and worlds? This club will let students participate in a collaborative storytelling adventure that will encourage them to use their imagination through writing, drawing, and role-playing. By playing Dungeons & Dragons, composing backstories, and illustrating their characters, students will interact with each other to experience an adventure like never before! No prior Dungeons & Dragons experience is needed.
