Culinary Arts Classes
All of our culinary arts classes are 1.5 hours long
Thursdays at 5:00pm
This class will introduce students to the fundamentals of baking various breads and pastries. This will include techniques on cookie and pastry preparation, how to make quick breads and yeast breads, laminated doughs and enriched doughs as well as pies, tarts, icings, creams and cakes. With so many delicious options we are excited for our students to dive into the wonderful world of baking. We hope you’ll join us!
